Our commitments

Our roadmap to 2030
Since 2003, we have been creating and operating tailor-made restaurants for businesses, schools and healthcare institutions in Switzerland. Our organization is built to give sustainability an ever-increasing place, both in the pursuit of our daily operations and in the long-term strategy of the company.

Our corporate social responsibility and environmental policy is intended to be pragmatic and effective. Following a logic of continuous improvement, it takes into account all of our impacts and involves our stakeholders.

Our CSR roadmap to 2030 sets out our ambition for the years to come. We are renewing our commitment: to strengthen the “Novae Model”, centered on direct partnerships with agricultural producers, the autonomy of the Chef and the importance given to proximity and internal promotion.

Our commitment for the coming years can be summed up as follows: to make Novae a “Chosen Company”.

Chosen by our farmers, who see us as an ally in local, high-quality food production. Chosen by our employees, who ensure culinary excellence, a sense of service, and a warm welcome in our restaurants every day. And of course, chosen by our customers, the ultimate judges of our ability to keep our promises and commitments.
